Hi, I'm Kate and I am a registered Social worker in the wellbeing field. I work privately & part-time at the Southern Institute of Technology, I am ACC Sensitive claims registered and also trained as a 200hr yoga teacher and Level 2 iRest yoga nidra meditation teacher
