Mindbody Awareness

When I first saw mind and body written as one word (mindbody) it resonated with me.  So I have chosen to write them as one word because the mind and body are interconnected not separate.  Often when people seek support the focus is on talk therapy and the body is ignored.  The body carries wisdom and it also carries the stressors and memories of our history.  If we explore ways to support wellbeing through a mindbody approach while cultivating awareness there is the opportunity to overcome challenges and heal.  Below are some ways I like to explore this approach.
