  • iRest - also offers a co-meditation called a dyad where you and I sit together and explore what is arising for you in the present moment.  This is about opening to whatever might arrive, no agenda or place to get to, instead just being in the moment of experiencing.  

  • Mindfulness Practice -  supports us to be here now in the present moment without getting caught up in judgements.  Mindfulness supports us to be less 'stuck in' or flooded by past or future challenges.   It is suggested the more we bring mindfulness into our lives we are less inclined to react negatively and instead we are able to respond appropriately.  It can support us to be more willing to meet challenges that arise and grow resiliency.

  •  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy - a mindfulness-based therapy which has been researched widely and is recognized as a useful tool for supporting us to live the life we want even when challenges arrive.
