I am strength's focused and want to know about what is important to you. My approach is about you exploring your wholeness so you grow awareness and confidence in your own ability to move through challenges in your life. Finding some laughter is also an important component of my approach.
I often use a combination of tools to support you with change such as talk therapy, mindfulness and mindbody practices. However, rest assured this is a collaborative approach where you and I work together to meet your needs. I just encourage you to come with an open mind and willingness to explore your wellbeing.
